Special Drawing Pool Application Agreement

This signed document, from here on referred to as the ‘agreement’ grants permission to Frontier Outfitting to apply the individual specified below, from here on referred to as ‘hunter-client’, into the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMOGF) Special Drawing Pool OR grants permission to the hunter-client to apply in the Special Drawing Pool using the registered outfitter number issued to Frontier Outfitting by the NMDGF.

This agreement shall commence on the below date of written confirmation by Frontier Outfitting and shall continue in force for 3 full years from the date of confirmation, until the hunter-client is successful in drawing a big game hunting permit through the Special Drawing Pool, or until the agreement is canceled in writing by either Frontier Outfitting or the hunter client.

If the hunter-client is successful in drawing a big game hunting permit through the Special Drawing Pool, Frontier Outfitting shall, by law, execute an additional signed contract with the hunter-client before the hunt begins and specify the terms, compensation charged, and the services to be provided.

Frontier Outfitting may release the hunter-client to another qualified registered outfitter provided that this agreement was valid, in place prior to the application deadline, and only if, the release is mutually agreed upon by all parties. The release shall be in writing and shall be signed by all parties.

The hunter-client shall reserve the right to cancel this agreement: in writing, for any reason, at any time. Frontier Outfitting also reserves the right to cancel this agreement, in writing, for any reason, at any time. The hunter-client understands and agrees that Frontier Outfitting has no control over the issuance of big game hunting permits through the Special Drawing Pool nor can they guarantee the hunter-client’s odds of drawing a big game hunting permit.

By signing this agreement, the hunter-client acknowledges that he or she has fully read and understands the terms and conditions of the agreement.
